Why Advanum exists.
Dear reader,
I started Advanum because the decisions that matter most in supply chain, logistics and systems work were too often being made in the wrong rooms — between people who could not see the full picture, under pressure that did not reward depth, and inside formats that valued breadth over judgment.
Companies do not lack consultants. They lack a place to bring the decisions that carry real consequences — the redesign that will shape logistics for a decade, the systems choice that will define operating reality for years, the program that has to land before the organization escalates. Those decisions deserve a different kind of partner. Senior. Independent. Close to operating reality. Useful when execution starts.
That is the firm I wanted to build, and that is the firm we run today. We work with companies that take their operating decisions seriously. We do not promise more than we can deliver, and we deliver more than is briefed. We say no when we are not the right fit. And we stay until the steering model holds without us.
