How we work

Small senior teams. Clear assignments. Direct collaboration.

Advanum works in small, senior teams that take direct responsibility for analysis, decision support and implementation. For you that means short lines, clear answers and results that hold up in the operation — not a slide deck that describes it.

Four principles of working with Advanum

Senior-led

The consultant who advises also works in the project — from the first conversation to handover. No junior delegation, no extra layer between decision and execution.

Independent

Advanum has no ties to software vendors, implementation partners or logistics providers. Recommendations therefore serve one interest: yours.

Clear in scope

Objective, deliverables, responsibilities and results are defined before the start. Scope can develop — it does not drift.

Close to implementation

Every recommendation is tested against real processes, data, systems and operating conditions. Advanum stays present in the phases where projects are won or lost: implementation, cutover, go-live and stabilization.

Discuss working together

How does a project with Advanum run?

Every mandate follows the same four steps — from the starting point to a structured handover. Each step ends with something you can use: a shared picture, comparable options, a decision, a working operation.

01

Understand

Starting point, objectives, data and constraints are clarified together — the situation as it is, not as it is briefed.

02

Structure

Causes, dependencies, risks, costs and options are made transparent and comparable.

03

Decide

Options are condensed into a decision basis that management can defend — with the trade-offs stated, not hidden.

04

Implement & hand over

Advanum supports selection, rollout, go-live and stabilization as far as needed, then hands over processes, steering and open items in a structured way.

Three ways to work with Advanum

Which format fits is decided in the intro call — by task, by project phase and by the result you need.

Decision Review

A focused, senior-led assessment of one decision or project. Used to clarify a system choice, validate a planning direction or judge a project at risk. You receive a clear recommendation and the basis to act on it.

Advisory Mandate

Phased support across planning, decision and early implementation. Used when plan, decision and the path into implementation have to be carried together rather than handed from one party to the next.

Steering & Interim Mandate

Active project leadership or an interim role inside your organization — aligned to rollout phases, go-live windows or transition periods. With a clear role, a defined duration and a structured handover at the end.

Getting started with Advanum

A short, confidential intro call clarifies your starting point, the support that fits and whether Advanum is the right partner for it. If there is no fit, you get that answer just as clearly.
